Sok Monica is a Cambodian American poet born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She earned her MFA in Creative Writing from New York University. She is the author of the chapbook Year Zero, winner of a Poetry Society of America Chapbook Fellowship. A Kundiman fellow, Sok has received scholarships from Hedgebrook, Jerome Foundation, MacDowell Colony, the Elizabeth George Foundation, and elsewhere. Her poems appear in Narrative, The New Republic, The Offing, andTriQuarterly Review, among others. She is currently the 2016–2018 Stadler Fellow at Bucknell University.
