Nara Sokhema is the founder of the Young Leaders Programme. She has a master in International Development from the University of Manchester, UK, with Chevening Scholarship. Prior to this, she worked for Teach For Cambodia, Transparency International Cambodia, UNCAC Coalition, UNDP, etc. Sokhema is passionate about youth leadership empowerment, volunteerism, development, environmental protection, education, as well as travelling and learning from the world. She’s been to 46 countries. Sokhema has started volunteering since she was a 15. For over 8 years she has been active in initiating/leading over a dozen projects, supporting 50+ initiatives and has won over 15 awards/scholarships.
